Let’s admit it it’s piss. Beer is brewed from malt barley. Barley needs fertiliser. And urine makes great fertiliser. Once a year, there’s plenty of that on the Roskilde Festival field. It just takes a farmer’s touch to collect it — and send it back the following year as Pisner.
