Long before Sanjay Shah. Any cultural change meets scepticism. For SKAT, the solution was to give that scepticism a face — a fictional character named Carsten Ramsing. He appeared in films and internal campaigns. He’d have had opinions on dividend fraud, too. But he probably wouldn’t have blamed himself.
