The Purpose

The purpose of A.P.Møller-Maersk. A global organization with 140,000 employees is a bit of a supertanker to change course on. But after the basic work on the company's strategic core narrative, the task was to introduce the new purpose and value set to employees in a communication that was navigable. It turned into a film and an internal campaign in which employees themselves got to speak.
