It's a bit jarred to call communication a craft. But the artisanal side of our gebet is based on some very basic qualities in the work. It can be a more efficient cutting of a movie, a more elegant cropping of a photo, a more readable text, a more sophisticated way to use interactive media. It can also be a more complete review. The key word is “more,” and don't let it become “less.”
