Management
We have a day-to-day management team, consisting of two partners. One of them is the managing director and thus the formal head of the agency. But in practice, we extol the idea that intelligent people have no need for bosses. And need no hierarchy other than that of reason. That is, the individual team on a project does not refer to anyone other than the customer. The ultimate responsibility for solving the task lies with the team that has the task. This does not mean that there can not -- rather that there should be -- cross discussions with other skilled colleagues. But if everything has to be approved at higher ground, it's hard to lift the thinking establishment.
