Employee Interviews

Once a year, you have an employee interview with management. Partly so you can breathe, but also because management needs to. You have to give and take, praise and rise. A good employee interview also includes some concrete advice on how you can develop and a conversation about your salary, which is not necessarily the same as a raise. The annual employee interview can never replace the daily dialogue. And if you have something to say, don't be put off by the ability of others to seem busy.
