Respect

There aren't any idiots working on Mensch. Therefore, neither should anyone be treated as such. Neither by their colleagues nor customers. We've had a client who had to find another agency for that reason. We are committed to respecting the individual and their competences — both internally and externally. It also means that we make no apologies to our colleagues to the outside world. Should one of your colleagues have made a mistake, we can name it internally, but externally the fault is ours.
