Say who you are when you pick up the phone. And don't pick up when talking to others. Both in the meeting room and in meetings with the rest of us. This also applies to “I just need to see who is calling”, checking text messages or something else. It's not just violently rude and distracting to the people you're talking to. It also ruins your own concentration — and that, as you know, is one of the things we do for a living. So concentrate.
