Management

We have a daily managing team consisting of two partners. One of them is the CEO and thus the agency’s formal leader. But in practice, we embrace the idea that intelligent people don’t need bosses and require no hierarchy other than reason. This means that each project team reports only to the client. The ultimate responsibility for delivering the project lies with the team handling it. This doesn’t mean discussion shouldn’t happen — on the contrary, it should happen across teams with other skilled colleagues. After all, if everything had to be approved from above, it would be hard to run a thinking agency.
