Respect

There are no idiots at Mensch, so no one should be treated as such, by colleagues or clients. We’ve even had a client who had to find another agency because of this very issue. We believe in respecting every individual and their skills, both internally and externally. This also means we never criticise colleagues in front of others. If a colleague makes a mistake, it’s fine to address it internally by name, but externally, the responsibility is shared by all of us.
