Confidentiality
Through your work, you gain insight into a range of matters that are confidential. This means they could harm our clients’ or our own business if they were disclosed outside our walls. It’s often hard to determine what is secret and what is not. But as a rule, we don’t discuss our clients’ affairs or our own except in general terms. And if you’re ever in doubt, there’s no doubt — it’s safest to assume it falls under your general duty of confidentiality.
