He wrote a little red book for his Chinese countrymen about how to be a good comrade. Much went wrong afterward, but the idea of the little red book was good enough. Our employee handbook is not quite as red, politically or otherwise, but the purpose is roughly the same: a book about who we are, what we do, and how we do it. And, by extension, also who, what, and how we are not.
