Integrity

Originally, integrity meant whole, untouched, and complete. For us, it means behaving decently, perhaps even more than we’re obliged to. We cannot take the trust of others for granted, but we can take responsibility for earning it. This requires that we keep quiet about our clients’ business and affairs, and that we honour all agreements — whether written or verbal. In short, we always prefer to deliver more than we promise.
