Responsibilities

We spend more time working together than most, but we delegate responsibility to fewer people. This may sound contradictory, but the principle has proved its validity. We define who is responsible for execution across all tasks. Those responsible may then ask for help and advice, and discuss the task with all others, but without any obligation to draw on either help or advice.
