Mærsk purpose.
A global organisation with more than 120,000 employees is somewhat like a supertanker when it comes to changing course. However, after fundamental work on the company’s strategic narrative, the task was to bring the new purpose and set of values to life, making them tangible for all employees.
This was achieved partly through a film and partly through an internal campaign across a wide range of platforms, where the employees themselves were given a voice.
