Once upon a time, there was a man named Mao Zedong…. he wrote a little red book to his comrades about how to be a good comrade. Ever since then many things went wrong, but the idea itself wasn’t bad. Our employee book is slightly less red, but the purpose is related.
A book of who we are, what we do, and how we do it. And in consequence, also the opposite: who, what and how we’re not.
