Long before Sanjay Shah.
Any cultural change faces internal scepticism and resistance. For SKAT, the solution was to personify this scepticism with the fictional character Carsten Ramsing, who featured in a series of films and internal campaigns.
Carsten Ramsing was rough and funny, but he also perfectly embodied the internal resistance identified in a series of interviews with employees and management. And although he was the “employee from hell,” it would have been interesting to hear his take on a certain dividend scandal. He probably wouldn’t have seen it as his fault.
