Confidentiality.

In your work, you gain an insight into confidential matters. Which is to say, matters that may harm the business of our clients, or our own, if they are leaked. It’s difficult to decide what is secret, and what not. But essentially, we don’t discuss client matters, or our own, except in the most general terms. If in doubt, there’s no doubt – assume you are duty bound to keep silent.
