Purpose.

It’s a matter of taste whether you prefer the English “Purpose” or the Danish “Formål”. But to the extent that we help companies find a meaningful “formål” – or “purpose” – we do it based on our own ”formål”, namely to make the world slightly more humane. To nudge the world in a more positive direction. To make us all a tad more gifted, humorous, and likeable than we were originally designed to be. And to treat our employees, business partners and the world at large in more humane ways than we are – strictly speaking – bound to.
