Partners own the company. These are people who might easily be directors at any other bureau, but who prefer cooperation rather than hierarchy and fixed power structures. This may come off as communism pure and simple but is in fact our best bet on how the most competent people around can work together and alongside one another. We believe that the sky is the limit in a flat organization.
