Cooperation.

The rule of thumb of good cooperation is as easy to write down, as it is difficult to implement – imagine, how you may create the best possible working conditions allowing your colleagues to do even better. If they do the same, the result won’t be half bad. As concerns cooperation with clients, it’s probably safe to assume that the client may be as much in the right as you are.
