Work hours.

Formal work hours are 9-5, with a 30-minute lunch break. Individual arrangements to pick up children, avoid early meetings, etc. may be agreed upon. But the most practical arrangement is for all to meet and work at roughly the same hours. And it’s the most fun if all are done at about the same time. See ”Overtime”.
