We still believe that people literally seeing eye to eye understand and sense things better. That’s why meetings take up a huge part of our work life. When you have a meeting, you have guests. Make sure they feel welcome. In practical terms, let the receptionist know in ample time, and make sure all catering requests are met. And let’s hang on to the notion of guests for a moment. Even though visitors are not your guests, say hi to people on our grounds. They are in fact your guests as well.
