No idiots work at Mensch. Therefore, no one should be treated as such. Not by their colleagues, nor by their clients. On that ground, one of our clients had to change bureau. We believe in respecting all individuals and their capabilities, internally as well as externally. This means, that we never denounce a colleague to the world at large. We may name the wrongdoer inhouse, but externally the error belongs to us all.
