Say who you are when you pick it up. And don’t pick it up while talking to others. This applies in our meeting room, and indeed in any kind of meeting. This applies as well in cases of ”I just have to check who is calling me”, checking up on text messages, etc. Not only is this quite impolite and very distracting to those with you; but it weakens your focus – and focus and presence is what we live off.
